Fundraising & Sponsorship

A strong skating community depends on the support of families, local businesses, and generous partners. Preston FSC offers several ways to contribute — from simple everyday fundraisers to sponsorship opportunities that directly support our skaters.

Seasonal Fundraisers

Pepperettes

Our fall pepperette sale is one of our most popular fundraisers. Families can order a variety of pepperettes, and a portion of each sale goes directly toward club programming. Order details will be posted in the Members Area when the fundraiser opens.

MacMillan’s Foods

Our November MacMillans Foods Fundraiser features a wide selection of frozen foods, baked goods, and family‑friendly favourites. MacMillans is known for their Scoop & Bake cookie dough, muffin batter, soups and chilis, desserts, entertaining favourites, potato sides, and flash‑frozen fruit, all easy to store and perfect for busy families. A portion of every order supports Preston FSC programming. Product lists, pricing, and ordering instructions will be shared in the Members Area when the fundraiser opens.

Reid’s Chocolates

Our Reids Chocolates Valentine’s Fundraiser features locally made chocolates perfect for gifting or enjoying at home. This fundraiser is a community favourite, and a portion of each sale supports our skaters. Order details and pickup dates will be posted in the Members Area closer to February.

Fundraising Credit Toward Ice Fees

Fundraising is an optional way to reduce your skating costs. Credits are applied directly to ice fees and are calculated per fundraiser:

  • Raise $100 or more → receive 10% credit

  • Raise $500 or more → receive 20% credit

Fundraising credits are available for seasonal fundraisers (Pepperettes, MacMillan’s, Reids, and any additional seasonal fundraiser). Credits are not available on ongoing click through fundraisers (Mabel’s Labels & Amazon)

Show your Preston FSC pride — on and off the ice.

We offer 1–2 Clubwear Sales each year, featuring hoodies, t‑shirts, joggers, and seasonal apparel for skaters and families. Clubwear is optional, but many skaters love wearing Preston gear at practice, events, and competitions.

You can choose from youth and adult sizes, with optional name personalization available on tops. All artwork is professionally applied using durable DTF transfers.

Sale dates and order forms will be posted in the Members Area and shared by email. All Clubwear is optional to purchase.

Community‑Sponsored Awards & Door Prizes

This year, we’re adding a few fun extras to our Team Dinner to celebrate our skaters. Families and local businesses are welcome to contribute small door prizes or sponsor a skater award. These contributions help make the evening more memorable and add a little excitement for the kids.

Examples include:

• Small prize baskets

• Gift cards

• Treats or themed items

• Sponsored awards such as Spirit Award, Most Improved, or Team Preston Award

If you’re interested in contributing, please contact us — we’d love to include you.
