On behalf of the Preston Figure Skating Club, we would like to thank all of the skating families that were part of the 2009 – 2010 skating season.  We hope that you enjoyed the season!  The Preston FSC Winter Season has come to a close, but if you are interested in skating in the spring, summer or fall please visit www.championstc.com.

Winter Registration forms

Winter Registration forms should be available mid-July.   As soon as they become available, we will be posting them on-line!  In the meantime if you would like us to add your information to our mail out, please email us @ prestonskating@bellnet.ca or call 519-653-2252.  Our office is closed but messages are checked on a regular basis.

Things We Did This Year

This year, the skaters and their families participated in many activities!   From a Halloween Dress Up Day, to being part of the Cambridge Santa Claus  Parade to having Santa visit us at Preston Auditorium to celebrating 50 years of Ice Shows!!!We are looking for all former skaters, coaches, parents & volunteers to come out and make this 50th Anniversary show one to remember!

Preston FSC Blog Started
Along with the Preston FSC website, we also launched the Preston “blog”.  This http://prestonfsc.blogspot.com blog provided up-to-date news, cancellations, important up-coming events as well as results.  We hope you found this helpful!We are still accepting registrations for our winter season.

Message From The Board

The Preston FSC Board of Directors would like to thank all of the skaters, families, volunteers and community sponsors that assisted with making the 2010 - 50th Ice Show Amazing!  We are very excited to announce that many former Preston Team skaters returned for such a special occasion.  We would also like to thank many of the former Coaches, Board of Directors, City Workers and Volunteers that took the time to be part of the weekend festivities.  We hope that you enjoyed yourselves!  A special thanks goes out to the coaches, ice show committee and alumni committee for making sure everyone had a wonderful time.  We are sure that many memories were made once again!  If you have any pictures that you would like to share with us, please email us @ prestonskating@bellnet.ca.

Volunteers of The Year Awarded

At the end of each season, the Preston FSC nominates three individuals who stand out as amazing volunteers within the Preston FSC skating community.  Please note, these nominations are based on volunteer work and not based on skating. 
The recipients of the 2009-2010 are:    Alicia Hedges, George Cowan,  Mary Ellen Prange.  Congratulations!
